Our services are designed for students who are a minimum of 17 years old. By utilizing our services, you affirm that you are at least 17 years of age and possess the legal capacity to access our services.

Services

We provide diverse educational services like admission processing, tutoring, documentation, interview preparation, and visa guidance. We reserve the right to modify or remove services at our discretion without prior notice. Furthermore, we do not advise students to handle their financial documents through third parties or provide financial documents. Students are responsible for their financial documents.

Admission/Processing

Uraann assists students in securing admissions to universities or colleges in different countries. Uraann cannot be held accountable for any delays in document issuance, including letters of admission (LoA), Confirmations of Enrollments (CoEs), Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS), I-20s, etc., from the respective educational institutions. Uraann endeavors to expedite the process through negotiations. We do not recommend that students currently enrolled in a college or university or those employed discontinue their ongoing studies or jobs to pursue further education abroad. We encourage them to pursue their studies or employment alongside their study abroad preparations.

Fees & Refunds

Our service fees are clearly presented on our fee voucher and below. You are accountable for settling all fees linked to your utilization of our services. We maintain the authority to adjust our fees at any time without prior notice. Regrettably, we do not offer refunds for our services. Once a service fee is paid, it is non-refundable, regardless of whether you complete the service or not.

• The Consultancy/Processing fee paid to Uraann cannot be refunded or transferred.
• Uraann is not responsible for recovering fees paid to foreign universities or colleges. Students should independently review each institution's refund policy and non-refundable fee/deduction details.
• Students are accountable for their visa application, biometrics, and embassy fees, which must be paid using their own Debit/Credit cards. Uraann levies a non-refundable and non-transferable consultancy fee for processing their case.

User Conduct

Upon using our services, you commit to refraining from any actions that could harm our business, reputation, or other users. This prohibition encompasses but is not limited to activities such as cheating, plagiarism, or any unauthorized use of our materials. We retain the authority to terminate your access to our services should you engage in any prohibited conduct.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are delivered "as is," without any expressed or implied warranties of any nature. We do not provide any representations or warranties, whether expressed or implied, concerning the functionality of our services or the information, content, materials, or products found on our website.

Governing Law

This agreement is subject to and interpreted under the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes associated with these terms and conditions or the use of our services will be exclusively governed by the courts of Pakistan.
